GENERAL:

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as modify / change our website without notice.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we will never release your personal details to any other party.

ORDERING / DELIVERY / COLLECTION / PAYMENT:

Stonemanor Wholesale & Distribution Limited does not operate a Sale or Return policy.
Products will be supplied with adequate expiry dates under normal circumstances.

Stonemanor Wholesale & Distribution Limited states that all products supplied shall conform with all relevant U.K. legislations but shall have no liability for any jurisdiction other than the U.K.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products ordered are acceptable under the laws of the importing country.

CLAIMS:

All goods must be inspected by the customer upon receipt and any defect in quantity; quality or condition must be reported to Stonemanor Wholesale & Distribution Limited within 24 hours.

PAYMENT:

The price of the goods shall be as set out in the Price List but are subject to change at any time as a result of the movement in exchange rates; cost increases; etc.

First orders will be charged to the customer on a ‘PRO-FORMA’ basis and thereafter on invoice, to be paid within 30 days.

1. In the event of all or part of the invoice not being paid on the due date, the outstanding balance shall automatically, and without any requirements to provide notification, be supplemented with fixed late payment compensation of 15% or at least 50.00€.
   
   
2. In addition, interest of 8% shall be incurred as from the due date of the invoice.
   
   
3. In the event of an invoice not being paid on its due date, all other invoices shall become immediately payable. Moreover, we have the right to cease deliveries or the transaction currently in progress with a view to the remaining deliveries.
   
   
4. Stonemanor Wholesale & Distribution Limited will not accept any liability in connection with the improper storage of the product after delivery.
   
   
5. If an order is cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date, a penalty of 50% shall be payable
   
   
6. If an order is cancelled on the day of delivery, a penalty of 100% shall be payable.
   
   
7. Any occurrence or circumstance that is outside our control and which halts, delays or interrupts the transaction will clear us of any liability, including cases of force majeure.

Payment by credit card will incur a handling fee.
